Return Instructions

Return Instructions

The packing slip shipped with your order will contain detailed return instructions. For your convenience, we offer two return options for most items:

  • Return to a retail store. Please check our STORE LOCATOR for all updated store hours and contact information prior to your visit.
  • Return to our warehouse via mail. In-Person returns are not accepted.

RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE VIA MAIL

If you wish to return an item to our warehouse via mail:

1. If your order arrived in a single delivery, CLICK HERE to launch the self serve returns tool hosted by Narvar OR If your order arrived in multiple deliveries, CLICK HERE to download and print a return merchandise authorization form. Note: You cannot return your order to the warehouse unless you complete one of these steps. In-person returns are not accepted. 

2. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

3. Ensure the Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) you received via email is enclosed with the item(s) being returned. Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RMA) form will delay processing of your return.

4. Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box and affix the return label you received via email to the outside of it.

5. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
  • All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
  • You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN TO A RETAIL STORE

To avoid paying shipping to return an item, you may return an item to one of our Atmosphere retail stores. 

Please follow these instructions:

1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

2. Take your packing slip with you to the store as proof of purchase and price paid.

3. If a packing slip is not provided as proof of purchase and price paid, an Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit will be issued for a value equal to the item's lowest promotional price within the last 60 days.

4. All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

5. To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date.

6. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

7. If an Online Gift Certificate was used for payment and you return an item to one of our Atmosphere retail stores, the refund will be in the form of an Atmosphere Retail Store MerchandiseCard.

8. Credit for gift returns will be issued in the form of an Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit.

9. Returns will be processed based on the discretion of store management.
